Program Highlights

  • Creation/modification to your custom resume with personalized review and feedback.

  • Designing and developing a portfolio to deliver at potential interviews.

  • Learn about the strategies and techniques used for a stellar interview. Each candidate receives a mock interview by our search firm with feedback.

  • Learn the right steps and processes to negotiate a contract (if applicable) and how to work with the superintendent and other members of the administrative team.

  • Communication is critical to the building and development of a program.

  • Having hard conversations is hard. Learn what techniques work best to get the program in the direction you need it to go.

  • Being a head coach is much more than X’s and O’s. You will receive insight and guidance on the important aspects needed to become a successful head coach.

$500 for the full course or two payments of $250
